Implement lean and visual manufacturing ideas and concepts with staff and report results.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Set continuous improvement and productivity goals for team and measure KPI’s.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and actively reduce scrap costs and other expense items affecting department budget.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively work to identify issues that may affect the operation and communicate regularly with upper management and key constituents regarding solutions.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist subordinates in solving work problems associated with operations and processes and driving solutions to address root causes  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and drive appropriate inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally for NPI projects to ensure a first-time right approach including Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). </li>\n<li>Drive team development, including performance management, succession planning, and cross-training initiatives. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">What you’ll need to succeed:</span><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Education and Experience -</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management or similar fields</li>\n<li>5+ years relevant experience in manufacturing in an electromechanical production environment </li>\n<li>Experience in Logistics and Project Management</li>\n<li>English Language – advanced level (oral and written)</li>\n<li>Computer skills (Microsoft Office)</li>\n<li>Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Epicor, SAP preferred)</li>\n<li>Ability to travel, including internationally, to Anova operations sites, suppliers, or contract manufacturers to support business needs </li>\n<li>Leadership and team management experience</li>\n<li>Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Quality, Logistics, and Project Management</li>\n<li>Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and implementation in manufacturing environments</li>\n<li>Proven record in training employees on production and safety</li>\n<li>Effective supervisory skills to lead, guide, coach, and motivate employees</li>\n<li>Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to effectively interface and communicate with executive level management</li>\n<li>Proficient in interpreting complicated drawings and specifications</li>\n<li>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications –</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Lean and Visual Manufacturing and Kaizen activities</li>\n<li>Implementation of WEEE processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements -</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to perform typical office tasks, including sitting or standing for extended periods, using a computer, communicating effectively, and occasionally lifting light items <br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ABOUT ANOVA</span></span></p>\n<p>We are very proudly “one” Anova — built by integrating the best in IIoT technology and expertise.
