This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing collision center where quality workmanship, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction are top priorities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re seeking a motivated professional with experience in collision repair, structural repairs, panel replacement, and vehicle restoration. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs, works well in a team environment, and is committed to helping restore vehicles to pre-accident condition safely and efficiently.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and career growth, we encourage you to <strong>apply today!</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards</li>\n <li>Check parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received</li>\n <li>Prepares vehicles for body repair work</li>\n <li>Notifies management of any additional repairs needed.  Documents and additional parts and labor required to perform a satisfactory repair</li>\n <li>Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time</li>\n <li>Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer</li>\n <li>Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials.  Reports any deviations to management</li>\n <li>Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles</li>\n <li>Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.</li>\n <li>Other duties may be assigned by management</li>\n <li>Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Two or more years of experience as a collision repair technician with heavy structural collision and frame experience</li>\n <li>ICAR or ASE certifications in auto body repair, painting and estimating, a plus</li>\n <li>Certificate from Vocational School in Collision a plus</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged vehicles including body work and when to replace or repair parts</li>\n <li>Ability to read and following instructions on repair/estimate orders</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>In addition to competitive pay, we offer our associates the following benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) plan with company match</li>\n <li>Paid Time-Off</li>\n <li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li>\n <li>Employee Vehicle Purchase Program</li>\n <li>Professional work environment with job training, provided equipment, and advancement opportunities</li>\n <li>Market-leading pay based on experience plus bonuses</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
