          "text": "<p>The Vice President of Technical Services (“VPTS”) is responsible for establishing, implementing and enforcing all technical policies related to the sale, use and installation of Target Market Roofing &amp; Waterproofing (“TMRW”) products and systems.&#xa0; By balancing sales potential and opportunities against associated potential risks, the VPTS helps insure the roofing division’s long term, sustainable growth. Base salary will range from 160K - 195K based on experience. Postiion is also bonus eligible.&#xa0; As a member of TMRW’s Management Team, the VPTS assists in the development and execution of the business unit’s strategy.</p><p><strong><em>Specific Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ul><li>The leadership and management of the Technical Services Department staff.</li><li>Is identified internally and externally as the face of Sika Corporation’s Roofing Division</li><li>The VPTS will directly, or indirectly, through the delegation of duties to team members as may be required to:<ul><li>Provide technical consultation and solutions internally and externally</li><li>Draft and maintain technical information and policies</li><li>Provide concise reporting of warranty claims and assist with dispute resolutions</li></ul></li><li>Make well-informed decisions to support the growth and overall health of the TMRW business.</li><li>Establish and maintain a culture of teamwork within the entire Technical Department, and with all other departments within the company.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
