To view more details of what you can look forward to, visit our careers page: <a href=\"https://careers.osaic.com/Creative/Benefits\" target=\"_blank\">https://careers.osaic.com/Creative/Benefits</a>.</p><p></p><p><b>Summary: </b></p><p>We are looking for a data-driven motivated individual to join the Finance Business Intelligence team!  Finance Business Intelligence is a central role in driving critical reporting, strategic direction, and evaluating firm wide performance.  Finance Business Intelligence has an outsize role within our pre-IPO firm and generally collaborates with almost every corporate function.</p><p></p><p><b>Education Requirements: </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.  Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.   </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li><p>Build foundational subject matter expertise in financial and wealth management data under guidance and supervision</p></li><li><p>Support strategic initiatives by producing analyses, reports, and dashboards</p></li><li><p>Assist stakeholders in understanding business questions and contributing to analytical solutions</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain analytical code and queries using established standards</p></li><li><p>Follow data quality, documentation, and control standards</p></li><li><p>Present findings clearly with guidance and mentoring</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Requirements: </b></p><ul><li><p>Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of data analytics software and tools (e.g. Python, R) and data querying languages (e.g. SQL, Snowflake).</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Requirements: </b></p><ul><li><p>Internship or entry-level experience in analytics, finance, or related fields</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Python, SQL, or BI tools such as Power BI</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of data governance concepts</p></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><h1><a href=\"https://www.myworkday.com/advisorgroup/d/home.htmld\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Current Employees and Contractors Apply Here</span></a></h1>",
