You’ll monitor aquatic areas, respond quickly to medical needs, and partner with lifeguards and Aquatics leadership to keep every guest experience safe and enjoyable. </p>\n<p><strong>A FIRST AID ATTENDANT’S DAY-TO-DAY </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor aquatic areas and proactively communicate with Guests to prevent injuries and eliminate hazards. </li>\n <li>Enforce safety and departmental rules with a polite, professional approach. </li>\n <li>Educate Guests on safety protocols and ensure all posted warnings are followed. </li>\n <li>Maintain lifeguard certification and complete live audits correctly. </li>\n <li>Check emergency equipment before opening; ensure hip packs, medical bags, and first aid stations are stocked and ready. </li>\n <li>Use whistle signals and two-way radios for clear communication with team members. </li>\n <li>Stay alert and engaged throughout the shift to maintain high safety awareness. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with lifeguards and Aquatics Management; report safety concerns or incidents immediately. </li>\n <li>Complete required paperwork and documentation. </li>\n <li>Be active and mobile, assisting and supporting lifeguard staff. </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned to support park operations. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT IT TAKES </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age: 18+. </li>\n <li>Certifications: Lifeguard (training provided by the company) and CPR/First Aid. </li>\n <li>Strong swimming ability and endurance. </li>\n <li>Well-developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to great guest service. </li>\n <li>Ability to stay focused and vigilant in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. </li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PERKS (MORE REASONS YOU’LL LOVE YOUR JOB) </strong></p>\n<p>✅ <strong>Free bowling & attractions</strong> (laser tag, billiards, mini golf, ropes courses, and rides)✅ <strong>$1 arcade play</strong>✅ <strong>All‑day play at Boomers, FECs & Waterparks</strong>✅ <strong>Friends & family discounts</strong>✅ <strong>Food & beverage discounts</strong>✅ <strong>Special discounts on parties and group events</strong>✅ <strong>Perks start on your first day</strong> </p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS </strong></p>\n<p>Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you’ll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance.
