Other duties may be assigned.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>1. Supervise production workers to ensure the smooth running of the production process for assigned shift(s).</p>\r\n\r\n<p>2. Monitor quantity and quality of production and report on production related processes.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>3. Check to confirm all products are produced to established specifications. Monitor quantity and quality of production. Verify that production schedules are met.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>4. Maintain production records and prepare various reports.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>5. Problem-solve and troubleshoot when needed to identify root causes and make effective corrections.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>6. Advise regarding recommended equipment maintenance and/or repair.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>7.
