At Ciocca Kia &amp; Subaru of Ewing, you’ll have the opportunity to have a positive impact on our customers and our community while achieving your financial and career goals!</strong></p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Qualifications:</strong></u></p><ul><li>A minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager required</li><li>High school diploma or higher education</li><li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li></ul><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service needed</li><li>Understand customers - match requirements and concerns to various service options</li><li>Explain service being performed and keep customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle</li><li>Hire and supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customers</li><li>Craft goals and objectives for the department including an annual operating budget.</li><li>Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately</li><li>Hire and supervise all service department personnel</li><li>Manage technician production</li><li>Hold department personnel accountable for performance</li></ul><p><u><strong>What we offer:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Salary plus bonus pay: $100,000 - $175,000 potential annually</li><li>Full Time to include some Saturdays</li><li>PTO and holidays</li><li>Air-conditioned shops and facilities that are always being upgraded</li><li>401(K) retirement plan with company matching</li><li>Competitive compensation; industry leading pay plan</li><li>The top insurance program in the industry including medical, dental, prescription and vision</li><li>Advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family</li><li>Employee discounts: purchases, repair, service, wash</li></ul><p>At Ciocca Kia &amp; Subaru of Ewing, our team members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
