    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>POSITION SUMMARY</u></strong></p>\n<p>The Senior Project Controls Manager is responsible for establishing, managing and overseeing project controls functions including cost, schedule, risk, reporting, change management and forecasting across large-scale data center and infrastructure projects.</p>\n<p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for establishing and executing the high-level strategic direction of project controls including cost management, risk management, and schedule management.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Take the lead for project controls deliverables that require cross-functional input.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Motivate the team by providing clear directions and goals.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with weekly team meetings to discuss progress on initiatives and to drive performance.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lead the development and production of regular reporting.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Prepares documentation for project gateway and approval processes. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Develop overall guidelines for project level chartering and partnering. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lead the development, implementation and management of project controls procedures across cost, schedule, progress, risk and change</li>\n <li>Oversee cost management including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cost‑to‑complete evaluations</li>\n <li>Manage integrated project schedules and monitor progress against baselines</li>\n <li>Leads risk workshops with the project team to identify risks, establish likelihood/severity, mitigation actions and Owners.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Coordinate project teams to ensure accuracy of inputs for cost, schedule and risk reporting</li>\n <li>Prepare executive‑level project reporting including KPIs, dashboards and performance summaries</li>\n <li>Support the Program manager in strategic planning, project performance reviews and decision‑making</li>\n <li>Monitor, evaluate and mitigate project risks and opportunities</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with Vertiv governance, financial procedures and controls</li>\n <li>Manage project Change Control including change identification, impact analysis, evaluation, pricing, approval routing and integration into forecast and cost‑to‑complete</li>\n <li>Maintain a project change register and ensure timely communication of approved and pending changes</li>\n <li>Work in specialty tools related to project controls</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>12+ years of relevant project controls experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>2+ years managing high performing project control teams in a consulting environment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Knowledge of multiple contract delivery methods and the merits of each. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Displays track record of proven success with schedules, cost control, estimating and risk management. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proven and demonstrated experience in implementing and managing a project controls system, including financial and scheduling controls, for a major capital project. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience in establishing and monitoring project baselines and performance metrics.  &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.  &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.  &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and compliance frameworks relevant to the project domain.  &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate project teams towards achieving project control objectives.  &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational and communication skills&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of experience in project controls for large construction or technical infrastructure projects</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of cost engineering, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), risk and change management</li>\n <li>Ability to evaluate complex project data and communicate insights clearly</li>\n <li>Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership and coordination skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p
