This position requires the ability to follow instructions, work well with others, follow safety protocol, and be detail oriented. If you are teachable and have a desire to grow, then we might have a great opportunity for you at Above Roofing!\n\nThis is a full time position to earn between $19 $21 per hour, depending on experience and growth.\n\n Requirements\n\n Assist the Repair Tech in performing roof repairs, including re flashing chimneys, step flashing dormers, re flashing skylights, repairing valleys, patching sections with missing shingles, etc.\n Assist in other roof work such as insulation, venting, gutter & gutter guard.\n Be available to perform emergency repairs – some may involve evening & weekend work.\n Work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision\n Maintain a clean and organized truck\n Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse\n Communicate any questions, problems, etc.\n Attend weekly repair meeting.\n\n Benefits\n\n Paid training\n $500 sign on bonus paid over the first 90 days\n Advancement opportunities\n Company wide Incentive Plan\n Holiday Pay\n Paid time off (PTO)\n 401K retirement plan w/ 100% match\n $300 per month health reimbursement account"
