This is a highly visible position with strategic responsibility, working collaboratively with Signet Health and hospital leadership, creating a respected and cohesive program to serve the community. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>With support from Signet’s national team of experts, you will drive CMS compliance, optimize interdisciplinary collaboration, and build a culture where your team thrives, and patients achieve their highest potential.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you have a deep understanding of CMS regulations, IRF-PPS, QI,  CARF,  and hospital accreditation entities, join us and lead the program that sets the standards for a hospital-based IRF. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>**Signet Health offers a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.**</p>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements & Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in a clinical healthcare discipline preferred; a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related clinical healthcare field (RN, PT, OT, ST, SW); MHA and MBA also considered.</li>\n <li>Experience as a Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation is required.</li>\n <li>Experience working in a short-term acute care hospital is preferred.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates exceptional skills in all forms of communication – verbal, written, formal, informal. </li>\n <li>Works attentively with others in a spirit of teamwork and collaboration.</li>\n <li>Experience in developing and executing a strategic outreach plan to build a robust referral pipeline </li>\n <li>Ability to utilize metrics (CMI, Functional Gain, Length of Stay, Discharge Destination)from tools like UDSMR/PEM reports to benchmark performance, drive quality improvement, and manage productivity.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to collaborate with Psychiatrists and referring physicians to drive appropriate admissions, medical necessity documentation, and a high-performing interdisciplinary team culture.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate expert knowledge of CMS IRF PPS, the 60% Rule, and IRF-PAI compliance, etc., to ensure optimal reimbursement and pass state/federal/MAC audits.</li>\n <li>In collaboration with Signet’s clinical, operations and financial resources, implement our quality driven model of interdisciplinary rehabilitation.</li>\n</ul>",
