Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive MBSE, systems engineering, and programmatic support to our customer.</li>\n <li>This role entails leading the adoption and consistent application of MBSE methodologies and tools, managing the creation and governance of system models in partnership with LMI and government teams, conducting model-based and traditional Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events, and driving Digital Engineering (DE) initiatives.</li>\n <li>Actively participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPT’s) and other engineering working groups to review, assess, and mature engineering artifacts such as concept of operations (CONOPs), system architecture, system behavior, system interfaces, functional allocation, Interface Control Documents/Descriptions (ICDs), and data models.</li>\n <li>Provide meeting coordination, technical expertise, and system development to assist the customer decision makers.</li>\n <li>Collect, synthesize, and structure data needed for analysis.</li>\n <li> Identify user stories that document stakeholder requirements to achieve organizational goals and objectives.</li>\n <li>Design and evaluate future state data, processes, and technology.</li>\n <li>Decompose user stories and future state processes into detailed solution requirements.</li>\n <li>Plan and support prototype demonstrations and implementation of adopted solutions.</li>\n <li>Support user validation and high-level business case analyses for prototypes.</li>\n <li>Develop briefings and papers for all levels of government agency leadership.</li>\n <li>Assist in project management, performance assessment, and reporting.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in mathematics, physics, systems engineering, computer science, engineering management, or related discipline preferred.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience in process mapping, process re-engineering, and solution architecting.</li>\n <li>2-4 years’ experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated in-depth understanding of systems engineering principles/processes, MBSE methodologies, and best practices such as SETR process and Object-Oriented Systems Engineering Methodology (OOSEM).</li>\n <li> Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use spreadsheet and database software</li>\n <li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated, detail oriented in completing assigned tasks, and collaborative team player.</li>\n <li>Current U.S. Government Secret security clearance preferred; ability to obtain one is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Target salary range: $75,000 - $128,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
