Job Overview As a Fragrance Team Leader your focus is to drive sales and service the customer across the Fragrance department(s). You are responsible for sharing your extensive product knowledge and developing and motivating a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals. You will also partner with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager and beauty vendors to execute company and store-based events to achieve sales goals. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. What You Will Do Connect the business priorities to the daily activities of all colleagues by understanding and providing direction on how brand training, events, and product strategies drive sales. Analytical Skills: Capability to utilize metrics and analyze detailed reporting to develop action plans for achieving sales goals. Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate open and continuous communication within the team and across functional lines. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and across departments. Creativity and Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically to address business challenges and opportunities.
