This role will be responsible for <strong>hand finishing and deburring parts</strong> as well as receiving incoming items and material into the ERP system, cleaning parts, and assisting with shipping/receiving operations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Debur components correctly, and in a timely manner according to process documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform visual inspection according to process documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clean parts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Receive material or other incoming shipments into the ERP system.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Pack outgoing items for their outside vendor or to customer.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assure timely delivery of products to the customer or outside vendor.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Safely bring in raw material to AMT and store in a safe organized manner per AMT standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Correctly setup and cut material in assigned equipment in a timely manner and deliver as needed to the manufacturing operations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize a forklift to move material and load/unload vehicles.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain workstation to 5S standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform all work according to Advanced Machining and Tooling safety standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comply with all Advanced Machining and Tooling policies and procedures.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1+ years deburring experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma or GED.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks in a manufacturing setting.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Aerospace Deburring Experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shipping/Receiving Experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Blueprint reading skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience operating forklift.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Total Rewards Package</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The hourly pay range for this position is $21 - $28 per hour (depending on experience).
