Ensure plans meet DoD standards, procedures, security, and regulation requirements.</li>\n <li>Conduct on-going testing and troubleshooting of issues to ensure availability and functionality to the end user.</li>\n <li>Ensures all work meets Information Management Operation and ITSM standards.</li>\n <li>As Subject Matter Expert, stays current with best practices and emerging technologies to make recommendations on continuous improvement and future-based decisions.</li>\n <li>Present to leadership and stakeholders, explaining complex technical information that is easily understood by a non-technical audience.</li>\n <li>Provide regular reports and analysis to leadership and stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure seamless implementation of new circuit layouts and enhancements with other IT functionality.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>To be considered for this role, candidates must have:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of experience in creating engineering circuit layout diagrams, digital and analogue circuit design and implementation, analysis testing and troubleshooting circuits, experience with help desk support and operations.</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience working in a secured government environment.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of IP and optical network operations.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of DoD network and system security requirements.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of networking and network-based software applications utilized in a DoD IT environment.</li>\n <li>Experience utilizing monitoring tools to provide both reactive and proactive support for client network and systems infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management Operations and ITSM best practices.</li>\n <li>Strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to influence leadership and stakeholders.</li>\n <li>All candidates must have a current TS/SCI clearance.</li>\n <li>All candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Posted Min Pay Rate</h2>USD $79,648.00/Yr.\n<h2>Posted Max Pay Rate</h2>USD $132,746.67/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Disclosure</h2>Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
