NOW HIRING: Remote Sales Assistant / Sales Executive (Work From Home | Full-Time)
Ready Roles is hiring a Remote Sales Assistant who can operate as a Sales Executive for a fast-growing U.S.-based moving company. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will handle everything from lead generation to closing deals.

Position Overview
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle —from generating leads to closing deals and reporting results. You will play a direct role in revenue generation, working closely with prospects and ensuring a smooth, professional sales experience.
This is not a support-only role. You are expected to think and perform like a Sales Executive .
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing
Conduct cold calling and appointment setting
Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via call, text, and email
Qualify prospects and present service offerings
Close deals and convert opportunities into booked jobs
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data
Create daily and weekly sales reports
Ensure consistent follow-up and no missed opportunities
What We’re Looking For
At least 2+ years experience in sales, appointment setting, or closing roles
Proven ability to handle the full sales cycle independently
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Confident in cold calling, objection handling, and closing
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Self-driven, results-oriented, and accountable
Requirements
Based in the Philippines
Reliable work-from-home setup (own equipment and stable internet)
Available full-time (40 hours/week)
Comfortable with time tracking and performance monitoring
