This role oversees daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager or 1st Assistant Manager and ensures company standards are consistently met through direct involvement and supervisor of team members. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Bosselman Pump & Pantry has many benefits to offer you that you will not find anywhere else like:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Employee discounts on food and fuel</li>\n <li>Vacation after six months</li>\n <li>401K and matching contributions</li>\n <li>Health, dental and vision insurance</li>\n <li>Short and long term disability insurance</li>\n <li>Life insurance</li>\n <li>A clearly defined path for growth</li>\n <li>On-demand pay with PayActiv (access to earned but not yet paid wages)</li>\n <li>And much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Bosselman Pump & </strong><strong>Pantry offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through:</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures all required paperwork is completed accurately, and submitted on time.</li>\n <li>Proficiently opens and closes shifts, including completing all required documentation.</li>\n <li>Ensures customer needs are met and company customer service policies are consistently followed.</li>\n <li>Supervises cash handling procedures, including control and bank deposits.</li>\n <li>Assists in ensuring team members follow proper food preparation handling, storage, and safety procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations. </li>\n <li>Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times.</li>\n <li>Assists in resolving customer, personnel, and mechanical issues as they arrive.</li>\n <li>Ensures assigned store meets the company standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and overall appearance, both inside and out.</li>\n <li>Assists with ordering inventory control, and pricing of merchandise.</li>\n <li>Supports the implementation and follow up of company training programs.</li>\n <li>Assists in supervising and training all store personnel to ensure job duties are performed correctly and efficiently. </li>\n <li>Assists in the training on food handling, proper hold times, code dating, and temperature controls.</li>\n <li>Ensures all food products are properly stored, labeled, and code dated, and maintained at appropriate temperatures.   Assists in ensuring all shifts are adequately covered.</li>\n <li>Ensures all personnel are in proper uniform and maintains a neat, clean appearance.</li>\n <li>Assists in implementing and enforcing all company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Reports maintenance, customer, and personnel problems to upper management in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Assists in maintain required records related to merchandise, personnel, and fuel.</li>\n <li>Promotes and maintains a safe and healthy work environment.</li>\n <li>Attends management and training sessions as required. </li>\n <li>Provides friendly and competent customer service.</li>\n <li>Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Directly supervises 4 to 16 employees in each assigned Pump & Pantry.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  </li>\n <li>Must have a Food Handler’s permit or Serve Safe Certification where required by law or policy.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have knowledge of operations and maintenance of all equipment in the assigned stores.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work a minimum of three 2nd shifts per week opposite the manager ensuring that key operating hours have a manager on duty.</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation and phone.</li>\n <li>Regular and consistent attendance.</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate in English. – IF APPLICABLE</li>\n <li>Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.</li>\n <li>Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong>  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Dual or Tri-Store Manager to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
