margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Closely monitor job and crews during installation/fabrication to insure accuracy, adherence to specifications, and quality workmanship. &nbsp;Provide guidance to crews when they meet obstacles.</li><li style='margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Collect and file time cards and other documentation.</li><li style='margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and that all field crew members have their required safety training up to date prior to performing work.</li><li style='margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Ensure job site is kept clean.</li><li style='margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Communicate with responsible Project Engineer and/or Engineering Coordinator regarding job status and resource needs.</li><li style='margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>During the installation phase, keep in contact with the engineer and/or customer to assure installation to date is satisfactory. &nbsp;Issue change orders when required, red line prints as needed. &nbsp; Provide documentation as requested by customer. &nbsp;Provide feedback to Project Engineer when appropriate.</li><li style='margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Be available for new process start up and checkout as needed.</li><li style='margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Follow-up with salesman, project engineer, and/or customer after completion of project and brief Engineering Manager of problems and customer concerns or comments.</li><li style='margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Attend safety meetings and conduct Toolbox Talks.</li><li style='margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Assist with field safety training and enforcement.</li><li style='margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif;'>Perform other duties as required.</li></ul><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li style='margin-top: 0in;
