Description The Application Managed Service (AMS) team provides business technology support, service management, and relationship management for SAP Analytics applications. The role requires proficiencies in SAP Core Data Services (CDS), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, and SAP Business Warehouse (BW), and involves supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting applications in live production environments. Job responsibilities Production Support: Serve as the main contact for SAP Analytics related production issues. Identify, analyze, and address incidents to reduce downtime and business impact Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Provide hands-on support for critical production issues related to SAP Analytics technologies Collaboration with Other Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as SAP Basis, SAP Functional consultants, and Solution Delivery, to resolve issues and implement minor changes Root Cause Analysis : Perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues and recommend or implement preventive measures to avoid future incidents Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Maintain detailed documentation for issue resolutions, processes, and system configurations Required qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP support , with a strong focus on production support in a live environment A minimum of 3 years of Experience with developing and customizing CDS views A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) SAP Datasphere expertise a plus SAP Business Warehouse experience a plus Experience navigating within SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori Good understanding of SAP business process, modules and data across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations in a production environment Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
