Encourage parent involvement and identifies potential volunteers.</li></ol><ol start=\"3\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Conveys information on the swim team, aquatics programs and schedules.</li></ol><ol start=\"4\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Actively supports the organization&rsquo;s DEIB commitments by modeling equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging in daily work. Recommend and helps implement strategies and initiatives that advance the organization&rsquo;s diversity goals.</li></ol><ol start=\"5\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Attends practices and swim meets as required.</li></ol><ol start=\"6\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Maintains records as required(i.e. attendance, swim meet reports, etc.).</li></ol><ol start=\"7\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Attends staff meetings and trainings as scheduled.</li></ol><ol start=\"8\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Follows all YMCA policies, rules, regulations and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. Completes incident and accident reports as necessary.</li></ol><ol start=\"9\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Organizes and puts away needed swim team equipment.
