As a Therapist I in our inpatient program, you’ll work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a dynamic behavioral health environment.</p>\n<h3> </h3>\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide individual, group, and family therapy.</p></li>\n <li><p>Complete psychosocial assessments and help develop treatment and discharge plans.</p></li>\n <li><p>Create and update individualized treatment plans.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and case managers.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain timely clinical documentation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage an assigned caseload.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support discharge planning and aftercare coordination.</p></li>\n <li><p>Always promote patient safety and positive experiences.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.</p></li>\n <li><p>At least one year of experience with a similar patient population.</p></li>\n <li><p>Licensed or license-eligible in your state.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>28.50/hr-$35.43/hr if provisionally licensed</p>\n<p>$32.00/hr - $39.78/hr Licensed </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions in the delivery of services to individuals and families for the purpose of treating such diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.</p>\n<p>· Conduct a psychosocial assessment and develop an initial discharge plan.</p>\n<p>· Conduct individual, group or family sessions as appropriate for the treatment plan of the patient.</p>\n<p>· Provide initial treatment planning for patient based on assessment and coordinate any additional services needed, revising as necessary.</p>\n<p>· Maintain documentation of therapy services provided to each patient according to facility and professional standards and revising as indicated by facility or professional standard.</p>\n<p>· Maintain a caseload as assigned.</p>\n<p>· Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with other staff to facilitate services for the patient, as appropriate to their treatment plan.</p>\n<p>· May provide these services in an inpatient or outpatient setting.</p>\n<p>· May perform case management, discharge or after care planning as needed.</p>\n<p>· Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints.
