This role involves detailed cleaning of equipment and units prior to power activation and requires strong attention to detail.</p><p><b>$19/hour</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Clean and detail electrical cabinets, switchgear units, and associated components prior to power activation</li><li>Remove debris such as wire shavings, dust, fingerprints, and residue from copper and internal components</li><li>Vacuum and wipe subfloors and surrounding work areas</li><li>Clean outside surfaces of cabinets and equipment</li><li>Floor surface vacuuming and mopping (vinyl and HPL floors)</li><li>Dust furniture, walls, machines, and hardware as needed</li><li>Clean windows, glass allotments, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions</li><li>Work in construction or technical environments while following safety protocols</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently</li><li>Willingness to submit to a criminal background check</li><li>Willingness to submit to substance screening</li><li>Must have reliable transportation</li><li>Comfortable with confined spaces (limited work at heights)</li><li>Valid government-issued ID</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bilingual</li><li>Knowledge of data centers, electrical systems, or construction sites</li><li>Experience as a Cleaner or Janitor in industrial or technical settings</li><li>OSHA 10 Certification</li></ul><p><br>Email your resume to <a href=\"mailto:[email protected]\" target=\"_blank\">[email protected]</a> ASAP or apply here for consideration.</p>",
