          "text": "<p>The successful candidate will have the ability to execute and lead small projects through all phases of design, documentation and administration, as well as actively support large projects within an expanded team setting.&#xa0; This position encourages creativity in problem solving to promote technical and design excellence while ensuring building code and regulatory compliance.&#xa0; Project size, type and responsibility will vary, including renovation and new construction opportunities.&#xa0; This position will require a high level of coordination with others within a team environment.&#xa0; Project work may include all levels of design, including studies, conceptual design, design development, detailed design and construction administration.</p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Work independently (on small projects) to execute all phases of design, including programming, planning, concept development, detailed design and construction administration.</li><li>Attend meetings to identify, evaluate and document client, code and programming requirements.</li><li>Ability to understand project drivers and implications in order to develop creative solutions</li><li>Generate design and construction models and associated documentation utilizing Revit or other BIM software.</li><li>Ability to generate code analyses, life safety and egress plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, details and schedules as part of a comprehensive construction document package.</li><li>Develop and generate studies, presentations and reports.</li><li>Research and apply International Building Code &#xa0;and other regulatory requirements as part of project delivery process.</li><li>Work closely with Engineering and Construction personnel to develop and ensure coordinated and constructible designs.</li><li>Participate and contribute during drawing reviews, coordination meetings and quality checks.&#xa0;</li><li>Provide mentorship to Architectural Intern / Design staff.</li><li>Act as Architect of Record for small projects</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, and/or D.Arch) or Canadian / International equivalent</li><li>Architectural license in good standing within home state, with ability for reciprocal licensure through NCARB</li><li>Seven years professional experience</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>NCARB Certification</li><li>Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office suite</li><li>Experience with Enscape, Rhino or other 3D modeling/visualization software</li><li>Relevant knowledge of International Building Code, OSHA Regulations and ADA Standards</li><li>Ability to interface with clients and external partners</li><li>Flexibility for moderate travel in support of project-based or training activities</li><li>Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills</li><li>LEED Accreditation, WELL Certification or similar sustainability credentials</li><li>Knowledge of, and/or experience with advanced technology industry projects including R&amp;D labs, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food &amp; nutrition and/or consumer products</li></ul><p>#LI-HYBRID #LI-JV1</p>",
