today and for years to come.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Respiratory Therapist (RT)</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct comprehensive respiratory and ventilator assessments</li>\n <li><p>Evaluate weaning potential and respiratory rehabilitation opportunities</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans</p></li>\n <li><p>Initiate and manage ventilator weaning protocols per physician orders</p></li>\n <li><p>Administer prescribed respiratory medications and treatments</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform scheduled and PRN respiratory interventions</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor labs, clinical indicators, and ventilator parameters within scope of practice</p></li>\n <li><p>Document care clearly and concisely, including <strong>ventilation checks every 12 hours</strong> per PSC policy</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain accurate progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate clinical findings and recommendations to physicians and interdisciplinary team members</p></li>\n <li><p>Educate families, caregivers, and staff on respiratory equipment and procedures</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with in-service training and onboarding education for staff</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure safe, cost-effective use of respiratory equipment and supplies</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>From</h2>\n<h2>Up to</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Respiratory Therapist (RT)</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy required (Bachelor’s preferred)</li>\n <li><p>Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist license</p></li>\n <li><p>RRT or CRT credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care</p></li>\n <li><p>Current CPR (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be at least 21 years of age</p></li>\n <li><p>Pediatric, ventilator, or long-term care experience preferred (but not required — we will support training)</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EOE Statement</h2>WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
