Description

Banquet Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated and organized Banquet Supervisor to oversee the successful execution of our banquet events. This role is vital in ensuring that all functions are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, we invite you to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the setup, service, and cleanup of all assigned banquet functions to ensure seamless operations - Coordinate with event planners, clients, and staff to meet specific event requirements and expectations - Manage and oversee banquet staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery - Monitor the quality of food, beverages, and service to maintain high standards - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally - Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including layout and equipment arrangements - Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and timely replenishment Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in banquet, catering, or hospitality supervision - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus Join our team and be part of a vibrant, customer-focused environment that values growth, teamwork, and excellence.
