The Clinical Lead is a senior clinician and leader within the designated service. The Clinical Lead is a leader within the organization. The Clinical Lead provides clinical supervision, operational support, and leadership for the day-to-day operations of designated services, ensuring high quality and consistency of services that supports the mission, vision, core values, and principles of the organization, with the support of the Program Manager and policy.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education and Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Preferred qualifications include a master’s level post-secondary degree in Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent degree.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Current registration and in good standing with one of the following Colleges: College of Nurses Ontario (CNO); College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO); College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO); College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPBAO); College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO); or Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Eligibility and application in the process of membership may be considered.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A minimum of 2 years’ full-time experience with mental health and substance use service provision applicable to the requirements of the position.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clinical consultation and supervision experience, including case conceptualization and documentation preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of current “best practice” as required by the position.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of current provincial mental health policy applicable to the position.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the practices of psychotherapy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated experience in providing group, individual. and walk-in therapy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Practical experience and knowledge working with people with serious mental illnesses and addictions and a commitment to their rights</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated competency with principles and practices of individual, group and crisis interventions</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work autonomously as well as cooperatively within a team environment in a rural setting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, the Internet, and data management software</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A willingness to serve clients within the communities of the District of Muskoka and Parry Sound</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license, a safe and reliable means of transportation, and appropriate insurance for work purposes on your vehicle with a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability coverage.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bilingual in French/English language considered an asset</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work schedule may include days/evenings/weekends and statutory holidays.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary scale: </span>$39.13 to $49.36 per hour commensurate with qualifications and experience</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits include: </span>Enrollment in aRegistered Retirement plan with HOOPP where contributions start on date of hire.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You are invited to submit your application by <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">quoting competition number 34-26 by </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4:00pm on Friday, June 12, 2026,  </span>to:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
