Ardmac are currently seeking candidates for Munster, Europe and accross Ireland. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>Project Planning &amp; Execution:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.</li>\n<li>Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Budget &amp; Cost Management:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.</li>\n<li>Track project expenses and manage financial reporting to maintain budgetary control.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering collaboration and ensuring all members understand project goals.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular team meetings to update progress and address any issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Risk Management:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.</span></li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).</li>\n<li>Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management software.</li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li>\n<li>Fluency in English; knowledge of French, German or Dutch is a plus.</li>\n</ul>",
