          "text": "<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>North Star Windows &amp; Doors currently has an opening for an <strong>Electrician</strong> within our Maintenance team. In this role, you will partner with Millwrights and fellow Electricians to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced window and door manufacturing facility.</p><p>This position is responsible for maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting a variety of plant equipment. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by diagnosing electrical issues while also assisting with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems when needed.</p><p>Rate of pay: <strong>$36 - $41.5</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain, install, and dismantle machinery and equipment in line with operational requirements</li><li>Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues</li><li>Respond to equipment breakdowns and support timely resolution</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine proper procedures</li><li>Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, codes, and company standards</li><li>Identify potential hazards and contribute to a safe working environment</li><li>Support and guide apprentices as required to ensure successful task completion</li></ul>",
