We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Commercial/Leasing Sales (Areas: Bus, Truck, Parts, Service, Leasing) Trainee to support our dynamic sales team and build a solid foundation for a successful career in the commercial vehicle industry.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>This trainee role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, relationship-driven, and eager to learn all aspects of the commercial sales process. You’ll receive hands-on experience in sales operations, customer engagement, quoting, and account development, while being mentored by experienced professionals in a fast-paced dealership environment.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shadow senior sales professionals to understand the complete sales cycle</li>\n<li>Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients</li>\n<li>Support customer appointments, vehicle walk-throughs, and test drives</li>\n<li>Gain a working knowledge of inventory, specifications, pricing structures, and financing options</li>\n<li>Use dealership CRM and other sales systems (training provided)</li>\n<li>Provide responsive and professional communication with new and existing customers</li>\n<li>Participate in team sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and training sessions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interest in commercial sales and customer relationship building</li>\n<li>Professional, dependable, and eager to grow</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and time management skills</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, fast-moving environment</li>\n<li>Previous customer service or sales-related experience preferred</li>\n<li>Current employee in good standing based on internal posting policy</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why This Role?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Structured, hands-on training guided by experienced mentors</li>\n<li>Exposure to a range of commercial vehicle sales solutions</li>\n<li>Pathway to a full-time sales consultant or account executive role</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Be part of a growing team! </span></p>",
