    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Whether you’re preparing, serving, or selling drinks for restaurants, outdoor carts, or catered outings, you’ll enjoy amazing perks and have fun both inside and outside the bar.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong>What's In It For You</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Get Paid Daily!</li>\n <li>Free tickets for your family & friends!</li>\n <li>Promotion opportunities!</li>\n <li>Diverse working environment</li>\n <li>Scholarship opportunities!</li>\n <li>Exclusive employee parties, events, giveaways, discounts, and more!</li>\n <li>Free access to Atlanta area attractions and other regional theme parks!</li>\n <li>Job and Career Building Skills</li>\n <li>Flexible scheduling</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons</li>\n <li>Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks</li>\n <li>Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations</li>\n <li>Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails</li>\n <li>Plan and present bar menu</li>\n <li>Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age</li>\n <li>Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies</li>\n <li>Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience</li>\n <li>Comply with all food and beverage regulations</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional guest service while exhibiting the Six Flags mantra of Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe service.</li>\n <li>Take guests’ orders, offer suggestions, and upsell delicious menu items.</li>\n <li>Operate Point of Sale (POS) registers and Mobile Ordering tablets.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate: $10.50/hr + TIPS </strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be over the age of 21 and order.</li>\n <li>Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender</li>\n <li>Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks</li>\n <li>Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters.</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic and commitment to the Six Flags mantra.</li>\n <li>Friendly, outgoing personality who would be comfortable inviting guests to your station.</li>\n <li>Ability to work with a team to relay food orders as needed. </li>\n <li>Positive attitude to make guests excited about their meal.</li>\n <li>Passion for delicious food.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand on your feet for several hours and to work in various weather conditions (indoor, outdoor, warm weather, cold weather, etc.).</li>\n <li>May be required to lift up to 50 lbs</li>\n</ul>",
