font-size: 10pt\">Partner closely with the Store Manager and Optometrist to drive store performance, team engagement, and an exceptional customer journey from eye test through to dispense</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Take ownership of the store in the Store Manager’s absence, confidently leading daily operations, customer experience, and team performance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lead from the front on the floor, creating a high-energy, service-first environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coach, develop, and motivate the team to consistently deliver strong results and exceptional customer experiences</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
