This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety while supporting events and productions across multiple venues onboard.</div><ul><li><!--block-->Execute all events and production elements in assigned lounges, prioritizing safety at all times.</li><li><!--block-->Communicate professionally with Supervisors, Music Managers, Company Managers, Vocal Captains, and Guest Entertainers.</li><li><!--block-->Provide clear and timely updates to the Senior Production Manager regarding technical assistance needs.</li><li><!--block-->Prepare accurate handover notes to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.</li><li><!--block-->Maintain the integrity of Princess-produced entertainment, including Guest Entertainer Shows, Cruise Staff activities, and specialty events.</li><li><!--block-->Operate audio systems proficiently, including digital consoles and associated equipment, while continuously developing technical skills.</li><li><!--block-->Set up band equipment (microphones, amplifiers, Aviom systems, music stands, cables) and ensure readiness for performances.</li><li><!--block-->Operate lighting systems, including MA Lighting, LED fixtures, video playback, and processing equipment.</li><li><!--block-->Learn and apply basic automation operations, including Fire Curtain, Safety E-Stop, screens, and curtains.</li><li><!--block-->Support guest entertainer requirements for lighting, audio, A/V setups, and stage cues.</li><li><!--block-->Assist with equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventory reporting in collaboration with the technical team.</li><li><!--block-->Provide training and coaching to stage staff, promoting teamwork and adherence to company standards.</li><li><!--block-->Encourage creativity and adaptability in event execution while maintaining operational excellence.</li></ul>",
