Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and non-scheduled repairs on all fleet equipment as needed for operations requirements.</p><p><strong>ESSENTAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Perform all necessary maintenance to ensure that fleet requirements are met daily.</li><li>Meet all demands (inspection, maintenance, and repair) on fleet, various types of company vehicles, and equipment.</li><li>Comply with all safety guidelines and create an environment of compliance.</li><li>Provide reliable workmanship and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of maintenance work.</li><li>Perform other various duties as required.</li><li>Be able to handle your duties with professionalism.</li><li>Understand company compliance and safety regulations as they relate to company equipment.</li></ol><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p><em>Non-Physical</em></p><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Possess a thorough knowledge of basic internal combustion engines, diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical generation and distribution, transmissions, drivetrain, and mechanics.</li><li>Possess the ability to compose original correspondence and follow technical manuals.</li><li>Possess the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, area, circumference and volume.</li><li>Follow instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form and to deal with multiple conditions.</li><li>Observe and remember details.</li><li>Effective decision-making skills.</li><li>Highly motivational and energetic.</li><li>Ability to solve problems.</li><li>Basic computer skills are required.</li><li>Ability to pass a criminal background check, driving, and drug tests.</li></ol><p><strong><em>Education/Experience</em></strong></p><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 26.75px;\"><li>Possess a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree (GED).</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form; deal with several concrete conditions by incorporating general standards and knowledge.</li><li>Possess or willing to obtain a Commercial Drivers License</li><li>Minimum one to three years of mechanical experience</li></ol></div>\n",
