The Junior Software Developer supports the design and development of enterprise software applications within NTSB's Microsoft ecosystem. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop enterprise software applications using .NET Core MVC frameworks in C# and ASP.NET</li>\n <li>Build and maintain full-stack web solutions using JavaScript, JSON, HTML5, and CSS</li>\n <li>Write clean, testable code for web APIs and web-component-based user interfaces</li>\n <li>Assist in database development and integration with MS SQL Server</li>\n <li>Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups</li>\n <li>Follow established coding standards and contribute to peer code reviews</li>\n <li>Support debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of existing applications</li>\n <li>Maintain technical documentation for assigned modules and components</li>\n <li>Coordinate with senior developers and database administrators to integrate solutions across NTSB systems</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Years of Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>BA. or B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5 to 6 years of full-stack development experience</p></li>\n <li>Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, JSON, HTML5, CSS, and MS SQL Server, with hands-on experience using MVC patterns</li>\n <li>Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) or equivalent certification Degree Substitution Eight additional years of relevant experience beyond the minimum may substitute for the required degree.
