Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60614</p><p>Opportunity</p><p>Our Special Events Bartenders are responsible for serving guests with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during daytime and evening functions. Staff members in the Bartender position play a critical role in the Museum&rsquo;s delivery of a world-class guest experience by preparing and presenting the Museum&rsquo;s beverage offerings in accordance with menu and recipe standards.&nbsp;</p><p>Core Responsibilities</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Properly checks guests&rsquo; IDs to ensure legal drinking age, monitors guest consumption of alcoholic beverages</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Sets up bar with all beverages, ice, mixers, garnishes, polished glassware, napkins, and straws that are necessary for the event</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Transports and handles all equipment properly and with care</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Prepares cocktails, pours and mixes drinks quickly and accurately in a customer service-oriented manner</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Breaks down bar of supplies, cleans up bar area in event space of all equipment.
