GENERAL SUMMARY (Describe the overall duties and responsibilities of the job): Maintain and Repair Company Equipment, Facility, and Grounds – Primarily, Electrical, PLC Programming, Camera System Troubleshooting, Modification and Installation ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties required for successful job performance): 1. Conduct and Promote Safety Lock Out Tag Out and Performs in A Safe Working Manner 2. Perform Service and Repair with Highest Level of Quality and Efficiency 3. 5S Organizational Excellence 4. Major/Minor Preventative Machine & Tool Maintenance 5. Knowledge, Execution, and Communication of Escalation Procedures REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE (These are the traditional minimum, or required, bona-fide occupational qualifications and other requirements of most people in this job). 1. High School Diploma/GED Plus Equivalent Experience, or Associate’s Degree in Technical Field 2. Combined Basic Skills (Mechanical) - Form CBS-M Testing REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those needed to perform the essential functions of the job). 1. ISO 14001 / Regulatory Requirements 2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills 3. Assertiveness Skills / Drive Results 4. Situation Analysis / Decision-Making 5. Analytical / Problem-Solving Skills 6. Drive Change / Change Management 7. Incorrect Steps or Errors Can Cause Failure Mode That Affects Safe Vehicle Operation and/or Involves Non-Compliance with Government Regulation Without Warning. May Endanger End User Without Warning. Understanding Changes to Processes (Method, Sequence, and Physical) Require Approval. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS (Indicate job titles for this job’s supervisor and direct reports). 1. Reports Directly to The Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Team Lead 2. Takes Work Requests from The Company Staff and Associates WORKING CONDITIONS (Describe the environment within which the work is performed). 1. Works 100% of the Time on the Production Floor. 2. Must Be Able to Work in Cool and Warm Temperatures. 3. Must Be Able to Keep Organized Under Production Strain 4. Periodic Travel May Be Required for Training or Services at Other Locations PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 1. Ability to Lift 50 lbs. Occasionally, 20 lbs. Frequently, and 10 lbs. Constantly 2. Ability to Work Varying Levels of Overtime Including Weekends 3. Ability to Adjust Work Schedule to Meet Plant Requirements 4. Able to Travel Within the Manufacturing Area and Enter Confined Spaces for Tooling Access
