This role designs and implements scalable systems, drives performance improvement, and ensures alignment with corporate, regional, and client standards. The PM leads cross-functional teams, builds operational frameworks, and fosters a culture of innovation and accountability. Success is measured through system effectiveness, KPI achievement, and the ability to lead projects that enhance service delivery, workforce engagement, and financial outcomes.</p><p><br>\nIdeal candidates will have a proven track record in hospitality or remote site management, with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, challenging environments.<br>\n<br>\nThis is a safety-sensitive position requiring drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment.<br>\n&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><u>Process Design &amp; System Implementation</u></p><ul><li>Innovation: Minimum two process improvement initiatives launched annually; measurable impact on service or cost</li><li>Client: No unresolved escalations &gt;48 hours; positive client scorecard trends across sites</li><li>People: Leadership development plans in place; turnover below target; 100% training compliance</li><li>Financials: Regional budget adherence; 5–10% YoY cost savings; forecasting accuracy within ±3%</li><li>HSEQ: 100% audit compliance; systems implemented across all sites; corrective actions closed within SLA</li></ul><p><u>Performance Management &amp; Continuous Improvement</u></p><ul><li>Standardize SOPs, reporting tools, and service models across sites</li><li>Lead change management initiatives to improve service delivery and efficiency</li><li>Build and deploy operational systems aligned to corporate/client standards</li></ul><p><u>HSEQ Leadership</u></p><ul><li>Monitor KPIs and coach site leaders to meet targets</li><li>Launch improvement projects with clear metrics and timelines</li><li>Analyze site-level data to identify trends and opportunities</li></ul><p><u>Financial &amp; Client Stewardship</u></p><ul><li>Lead emergency preparedness planning and training</li><li>Review audit results; direct corrective actions and recognition programs</li><li>Implement regional HSEQ programs; ensure compliance and readiness</li></ul><p><u>Workforce Planning &amp; Leadership Development</u></p><ul><li>Serve as escalation point for client issues; maintain strong relationships</li><li>Approve major purchases, contracts, and staffing plans</li><li>Manage project budgets and P&amp;L performance</li><li>Accountable for a 100% completion of scheduled internal and client audits.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul><li>Extended periods of standing, walking, and on-site presence in remote locations.</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 40–50 lbs.</li><li>Work in varying environmental conditions, including extreme weather.</li><li>Travel to multiple sites, including fly-in/fly-out locations.</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li>Project-based role with primary work in Nunavut, flexibility for remote work when not on-site.</li><li>Ability to work long shifts and rotational schedules (e.g., 3&#xa0;weeks on /3&#xa0;weeks off or similar).</li><li>Endurance to function effectively in remote northern climates, including extreme cold, wind, or lack of daylight during specific periods.</li><li>Resilience under isolation conditions—long periods away from home with limited external contact.</li><li>Occasional travel to other projects across Canada</li><li>Fly-in/fly-out arrangement; shared accommodations and meals provided while on-site.</li><li>Extended periods away from home with possible weather-related travel delays.</li><li>Must comply with all company and client health, safety, and operational standards.</li></ul>",
