This position assists crews with material handling, site preparation, equipment setup, cleanup, and other tasks necessary to support safe and efficient project completion. The Field Laborer works under direct supervision and follows all company safety policies and procedures.<br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with project site setup and cleanup.</li>\n<li>Load, unload, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.</li>\n<li>Prepare work areas for construction, installation, maintenance, or repair activities.</li>\n<li>Assist skilled trades personnel and field crews as directed.</li>\n<li>Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.</li>\n<li>Maintain clean and organized job sites.</li>\n<li>Remove debris and dispose of waste materials properly.</li>\n<li>Assist with receiving, staging, and inventory materials.</li>\n<li>Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</li>\n<li>Reporting unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment concerns supervisors immediately.</li>\n<li>Support project teams in meeting production schedules and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Travel to various job sites as required.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>\n<li>Construction or general labor experience is a plus.</li>\n<li>Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team.</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of tools and equipment preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Competencies (KSA’s) </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong work ethic and dependability.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and strong safety awareness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs.</li>\n<li>Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Comfort working outdoors and on active job sites.</li>\n<li>Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Ability to wear required PPE, including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and fall protection equipment when required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Construction sites, industrial settings, and outdoor environments.</li>\n<li>Exposure to noise, dust, and changing weather conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>",
