    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group is looking to add a Project Engineer for a project in Poughkeepsie, supports the planning, coordination, and execution of building projects.
