    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Licensed Therapist</u></strong></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>&middot; Full time salaried position with benefits and ability to earn commission at a private outpatient clinical group practice</p><p>&middot; Maintain an active caseload that includes individuals ages 10 and above, couples, and families that present with a full range of mental health challenges and diagnoses</p><p>&middot; Perform initial evaluations of client needs and develop customized treatment plans</p><p>&middot; Monitor client progress and modify their treatment plans as needed</p><p>&middot; Collaborate on challenging cases with other therapists as needed</p><p>&middot; Complete continuing education courses to meet requirements for continued licensure, and stay up-to-date on the latest practices</p><p>&middot; Actively participate in bi-weekly Clinical Peer Consultation/Supervision with other Therapists, Residents, and Interns in the practice</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p>&middot; Possess an unrestricted active license as a Licensed Therapist in Virginia</p><p>&middot; Eligible to empanel with major insurance companies to accept insurance payment from clients</p><p>&middot; Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other therapists and administrative staff</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education Requirements:</strong></p><p>&middot; Master&rsquo;s or higher degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>** This job description indicates the general nature and levels of work expected of the incumbents.
