Then you are in the right place&hellip;start the application process today!</p><p><strong><u>Summary of Position Functions</u></strong><br>&nbsp;<br>The Service Technician - Chiller - HVAC performs skilled work in the operation, maintenance, and repair of chiller systems of all types. The primary responsibility will be chiller systems but also working on other HVAC systems may be required from time to time.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Position Functions</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Maintains and repairs all types of chiller systems including air and water cooled for both commercial and industrial.</li><li>Diagnoses and repairs electronic, mechanical, and electrical components in all types of chiller systems including HVAC heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilating systems in commercial and industrial sites.</li><li>Diagnoses, services, and repairs hydronic pumps.</li><li>Repairs EMCS and building control systems.</li><li>Repairs, troubleshoots and maintains packaged and split systems.</li><li>Troubleshoots, diagnoses and repairs various makes and models of equipment.</li><li>Possesses a strong understanding of central plants and hydronic systems operation.</li><li>Maintains accurate and complete invoices, paperwork and other procedures to company standards.</li><li>Maintains the highest safety standards while working on the job.</li><li>Performs daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.</li></ul><p>Note: &nbsp;The statements contained herein describe the essential functions of this position but should not be an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.
