    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>FlexStaff is hiring a part-time temporary Nurse Case Manager to join our client's team. <span style=\"background-color: aqua;\">Schedule will vary each week (3 days per week) - will be coordinated between site and employee. Hours will be 9a-5p.</span></p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;\"><strong>Pay:</strong> $80.00 per hour</p></div><p><strong>Location</strong>: Fishkill, NY</p><p><strong>Length of Assignment:</strong> 13 weeks</p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;\">The caseload is 25-30 people. The number of houses varies depending on the number of residents. We have homes with 4-14 people. They must go to each house they cover a minimum of once per week. Mary Jane was told that if another nurse was out, she may have to cover a house and the location of our homes.</p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"background-color: aqua;\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></span></p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"background-color: aqua;\">Coordinate the delivery of health care services for persons receiving services as assigned in a residence and or program unit. Make nursing assessments and diagnoses. Work in conjunction with other members of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to achieve positive health outcomes for persons receiving services in compliance with OPWDD and applicable regulations</span></p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"background-color: aqua;\"><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></span></p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"background-color: aqua;\">1. Maintain current NYS Registered Nurse license - Graduation from an accredited nursing program - Bachelor’s Degree preferred.</span></p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"background-color: aqua;\">2. Prior nursing experience and/or experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred.</span></p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"background-color: aqua;\">3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.</span></p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"background-color: aqua;\">4. Competence in computer skills - Microsoft Office, Electronic medical record experience preferred</span></p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"background-color: aqua;\">5. Ability to travel to and access multiple locations throughout agency locations</span></p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"background-color: aqua;\">6. Perform all job responsibilities in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Adheres to the agency’s corporate compliance program, including the code of business conduct, the NYS and federal False Claims Act, whistleblower protection, and mandatory reporting. Complete corporate compliance training at least annually.
