The Laborer will be working in the elements of the weather. &nbsp;<strong>The work hours for this position are 12:00 pm - 8:30pm. Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays</strong></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Monitor system to ensure equipment is running and working properly.</li><li>Reports any unusual noise or equipment malfunction to Supervisor.</li><li>Uses a Forklift to move products around in the warehouse.</li><li>Stack 50 lb. bags onto pallets.</li><li>Roll tires onto the conveyor belt.</li><li>Replaces bags filled with products with empty bags.</li><li>Responsible for keeping the equipment, warehouse floor, and yard clean.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Have excellent attention to detail and be able to inspect with accuracy and speed.</li><li>Must be able lift up to 100 pounds&nbsp;repetitively throughout the day.</li><li>Be DEPENDABLE and have reliable transportation.</li><li>Have steel toe boots.</li><li>Background and Drug Screening:&nbsp;Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p><strong>EEO Statement:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
