    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>REPORTS TO:     Corps Officer         </strong></p>\n<p><strong>SUPERVISES:  </strong> N/A   </p>\n<p><strong>STATUS: </strong>Nonexempt                    </p>\n<p><strong>SCHEDULE:</strong>  Part time</p>\n<p><strong>FUNCTION:    Clean, maintain and repair Salvation Army facilities and properties and all responsibilities that this comes with.           </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain all aspects of property located at the South Wayne Street complex.</li>\n <li>Clean, paint, remove refuse as directed by Corps Officer</li>\n <li>Monitor janitorial supplies and maintain inventory through interaction with Corps Officer</li>\n <li>Set up and take down all areas for programs and services</li>\n <li>Maintain grounds, including but not limited to: mowing, weeding, snow removal</li>\n <li>Unload food and donation trucks and put items away in proper places</li>\n <li>Move items to and from warehouse as needed</li>\n <li>Arrange donation pick up with Adult Rehab Center</li>\n <li>Assist with loading canteen for summer lunch program</li>\n <li>Assist with moving food for food pantry </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent. </li>\n <li>2 years of cleaning experience </li>\n <li>Must clear Salvation Army Criminal Background Check.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>The Salvation Army’s Mission StatementThe Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church.Its message is based on the Bible.
