  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block-->Our Transportation &amp; Public Works civil construction engineers are responsible for the following:</div><ul><li><!--block-->Management of WisDOT, County, and City transportation construction projects</li><li><!--block-->Conduct professional meetings including pre-construction, public information and weekly construction meetings</li><li><!--block-->Perform civil engineering calculations; prepare engineering plans, designs and reports and construction oversight including inspection when needed</li><li><!--block-->Serve as a liaison with clients, government and regulatory authorities and contractors</li><li><!--block-->Deliver project documents within prescribed budgetary and time constrains while satisfying client requirements</li><li><!--block-->Develop and enhance client relationships and business growth</li><li><!--block-->Prioritize overall project management and ensure successful project delivery</li><li><!--block-->Provide technical guidance and mentoring of project team members including other engineers and technical support staff</li><li><!--block-->Assist with functional and detailed design of transportation and municipal infrastructure projects when in the office</li><li><!--block-->Contract administration of municipal projects</li></ul><div><!--block-->As an <a href=\"https://www.isginc.com/employee-ownership\">employee owner</a> at ISG, you will continue to grow in your career.
