With our Theme Park, Hotels, Miniland, and more, the opportunities here at LEGOLAND are endless!</p>\n<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>\n<p>LEGOLAND® New York Resort is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented <strong>Houseperson</strong> to support our Housekeeping team. This role plays a key part in maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming public and guest areas throughout the resort. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a team environment, and is committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll be Doing</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.</li>\n <li>Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.</li>\n <li>Assist housekeeping staff with guest room preparation, including delivering linens, amenities, and supplies.</li>\n <li>Clean guest rooms and bathrooms when assigned, including vacuuming floors and making beds.</li>\n <li>Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and service calls.</li>\n <li>Receive, store, and organize housekeeping deliveries and supplies.</li>\n <li>Monitor, restock, and report inventory levels of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.</li>\n <li>Keep linen rooms and linen/terry closets clean, stocked, and orderly.</li>\n <li>Properly handle, label, and maintain all assigned chemicals and equipment in safe working conditions.</li>\n <li>Follow all LEGOLAND® New York Resort policies, OSHA standards, safety and sanitation guidelines, and service standards.</li>\n <li>Maintain proper uniform appearance, hygiene, and professional conduct.</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.</li>\n <li>Sign in and out radios for interdepartmental communication and master keys for guest room access.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous housekeeping or facilities experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift, push, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Physically able to perform repetitive and active tasks throughout the shift.</li>\n <li>Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule Details</strong></p>\n<p>Houseperson schedules vary based on business needs. Operations run <strong>7 days a week, 24 hours a day</strong>, with shifts including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>7:00 AM – 3:30 PM</li>\n <li>8:30 AM – 5:00 PM</li>\n <li>3:00 PM – 11:30 PM</li>\n <li>11:00 PM – 7:30 AM</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>You may be assigned to work any of the following shifts based on operational needs.</strong></p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $21.69/Hr.",
