This role is instrumental in driving Baylor’s storytelling across social, digital, and in-venue platforms, helping elevate the brand, deepen fan engagement, and support revenue-generating initiatives.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">This position will serve as a lead content producer for assigned sport programs while contributing to Baylor’s integrated Brand Engagement ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of video production, social-first content strategy, and the evolving landscape of college athletics.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">A bachelor’s degree and less than one year of relevant work experience are required. A bachelor’s degree, two years of relevant work experience, and demonstrated experience in sports videography, editing, and digital content strategy are preferred.&nbsp;This role will report directly to the Assistant AD for Digital Media.&nbsp; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Serve as the lead video producer for assigned sport programs, including primary oversight of Baylor Volleyball and Baylor Softball, with required travel to away competitions, while supporting additional sport programs and key initiatives across Baylor Athletics</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 50);
