The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy within Oracle, coordinating department personnel, and promoting a safe and organized work environment.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily operations for the Warehouse, Clips, Cable, and Rods departments.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and maintain inventory levels while ensuring timely replenishment of stock &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and materials.&nbsp;</li><li>Process purchasing orders and track shipments while investigating discrepancies or &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;delivery issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile stock counts against &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;system-generated reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving information within Oracle.&nbsp;</li><li>Receive, inspect, unpack, stock, and distribute materials and warehouse items as &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with receiving personnel to verify materials meet required specifications, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;including warehouse inventory, clips, cable, and rods materials.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy for assigned departments.&nbsp;</li><li>Process and document material returns in accordance with company procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain organized warehouse and storage areas while ensuring materials are &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;properly labeled and stored.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with routine administrative duties including data entry, answering phones, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and supporting internal customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Support production operations by ensuring materials are available and delivered in &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;a timely manner.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
