      "text": "Essential Responsibilities",
      "content": "<h3>Transportation &amp; Equipment Logistics</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on commercial vehicles, trailers, and equipment</li>\n<li>Transport equipment, materials, and machinery to project sites using CDL-A vehicles</li>\n<li>Inspect loads and verify securement prior to transport</li>\n<li>Review and verify permits associated with oversized or overweight loads</li>\n\n<h3>Field Operations</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Participate in daily job planning meetings and safety briefings</li>\n<li>Assist with equipment staging, loading, unloading, and site setup activities</li>\n<li>Support rail-related recovery operations, material transfers, and track construction or maintenance projects</li>\n<li>Secure equipment and materials following completion of assignments</li>\n<li>Assist with site cleanup and restoration efforts</li>\n\n<h3>Equipment Operation &amp; Support</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Operate heavy equipment when qualified, including:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Excavators</li>\n<li>Backhoes</li>\n<li>Cranes</li>\n<li>Dump trucks</li>\n<li>Grapple trucks</li>\n<li>Skid steers</li>\n<li>Additional construction and specialty equipment</li>\n\n\n<li>Assist with crane setup, inspection, assembly, and teardown activities</li>\n<li>Support rigging operations utilizing chains, cables, slings, and winches</li>\n<li>Utilize hydraulic, electrical, welding, cutting, and hand tools as required</li>\n\n<h3>Maintenance &amp; Safety</h3>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Monitor equipment condition and operational readiness</li>\n<li>Perform basic preventive maintenance and document completed work</li>\n<li>Report mechanical concerns requiring advanced repairs</li>\n<li>Replenish vehicles and equipment with necessary tools, parts, and supplies</li>\n<li>Maintain organized workspaces, equipment, and vehicles</li>\n<li>Follow all company safety procedures, operational standards, and regulatory requirements</li>\n<li>Assist other departments and project teams as business needs require</li>\n\n\n</ul></li></ul></li></ul></ul></ul>"
