    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong>This position is accountable for performing press brake operations and activities. &nbsp;Individuals demonstrate core competencies required throughout the organization.  These competencies include safety, quality, production, and behavior.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Level 1</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Operate Press Brake safely when lead or others have setup and validated quality requirements for a specific part&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently maintain a neat and orderly work area.&nbsp;</li><li>Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds&nbsp;(If weighs more, then a helper is required.)</li><li>Perform EPICOR transactions logging in and out of jobs and recording quantity complete, scrapped.&nbsp;</li><li>Bend parts up to 144 inches in length.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Level 2 (Includes L</strong><strong>e</strong><strong>vel 1 Requirements</strong><strong>)&nbsp;</strong>Perform simple setups on Press Brake utilizing part drawings and Bend Simulations.&nbsp;</li></ul><ol><li>Set up/Observe &frac14; inch rule. If not possible engage Lead or VSM prior to operating.&nbsp;</li></ol><ul><li>Forklift Certified&nbsp;</li><li>Reads and follow Shop Loads&nbsp;</li><li>Perform inspections using precision measuring and gauging equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform and document all Job/Routing/Quality procedures as directed.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform material handling functions including packaging.&nbsp;</li><li>Assemble, Load and Maintain Tooling, Fixtures, Jigs, Etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform EPICOR transactions moving material from/to appropriate locations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Level 3 (Includes Level 1,2, and 3 Requirements)</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Suggest ideas to improve job processes and inform VSM of suggestions.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides adequate feedback to department manager when the job is not running within 15% of standard.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides adequate feedback to Department Managers/Engineering by using M.E.C.R forms and notes on the routing.&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of punch and die configurations, tip radius and the effect on part geometry&nbsp;</li><li>Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds&nbsp;(If weighs more, then a helper is required.)</li><li>Bend parts up to 144 inches in length.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos; basic math skills, working knowledge of computer systems&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Lead &nbsp;(Includes Level 1,2, and 3 Requirements)</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Capable of training for complex and simple setups&nbsp;</li><li>Capable of training EPICOR transactions&nbsp;</li><li>Capable of training Safety and Quality Requirements&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Cincinnati Press Brakes&nbsp;</u>&nbsp;</p><p>(PROFORM, AUTOFORM, &amp; MAXFORM &ndash; 90, 135, &amp; 230 ton models.)&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualification Requirements</strong>: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
