          "text": "<p>Our Heavy Vehicle Parts Division (HVPD) is seeking a strong, results-driven, and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a <strong>Major Accounts Manager</strong>. This role is responsible for the overall management, implementation, and growth of key regional and national accounts across Ontario.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage all aspects of major accounts, including account setup, maintenance, and ongoing development</li><li>Lead the implementation and execution of regional and national account programs</li><li>Drive regional sales growth and support operational improvement initiatives</li><li>Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success and performance</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including:<ul><li>Store Managers</li><li>Operations Managers</li><li>Outside Sales Representatives</li><li>Product Management teams</li></ul></li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to improve program efficiencies for regional and national accounts</li><li>Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support expansion strategies</li><li>Monitor account performance and recommend strategic improvements</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>To join our team, you need:</p><ul><li>7–10 years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Management, preferably within a dealer, member, retail, or wholesale environment in the heavy-duty truck &amp; trailer, automotive, or related sectors.</li><li>Proven success managing accounts in a complex sales environment, including involvement in key decision-making processes.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities</li><li>Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region; valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract required.</li></ul>",
